It is amazing to know that a wealth of details makes Boston one of the best cities in the United States and the world.

And my journey I am about to tell you about was by chance, as I never imagined I would reach this destination, much less the road trip. We traveled many miles to get to this beautiful city but believe me it is worth it to have been in this beautiful place.

Boston is best known for its famous baked beans, Fenway Park, the Boston Marathon and, of course, the Cheers bar.

It seems that this city makes history still forging identity, in the spark that fueled the fight for American independence and burns just as brightly today and inspires the food, and the beer. Boston it is built on great infrastructure, with world-class buildings. That is why anyone who visits will agree that Boston never gets old.

For us it was such an experience that we could say we fell in love with Boston, simply the cooler temperatures mean more energy to enjoy the many things to do, see and experience in Boston, the autumnal flair of the city makes for colorful and memorable moments.

There really is nothing quite like fall in the Greater Boston region. From fall foliage to festivals, cozy dinners, sporting events, outdoor activities and more,

Although our drive was not very long, we were able to enjoy a nice weekend. We visited The Charles River, which flows from Hopkinton, Massachusetts, to Boston Harbor, is perfect for your next outdoor activity.

Whether you choose to paddle a kayak or paddleboard, take a Duck Tour or sunset cruise with Charles Riverboat Company, or enjoy a sunset picnic, there are many ways to explore Boston’s “not so dirty” water.

From there we moved to the observation deck at the top of the Prudential Center is the perfect place to get a panoramic view of Boston’s main attractions, admirable the so-called View Boston, has provided visitors with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city.

We also got to know the surroundings of Cambridge University and learned that the Cambridge Science Festival runs from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1, making it the perfect event for scientists of all levels and ages.

We also learned about cultural programs as the Boston Lyric Opera will present a new production of Madama Butterfly as part of its three-year commitment to “The Butterfly Process,” an educational approach to reinterpreting the classics through a modern lens of respect and inclusion.

We visited the best restaurants in Boston’s North End, a delight in seafood, steak or chicken, a good local wine or beer for every taste.

Historic Charlestown is home to the “Bunker Hill Monument.” This 221-foot landmark, marking the site of one of the first major battles of the American Revolution, is an attraction for tourists and locals alike.

And we arrived at Harvard University, we learned that the Visitors Center established in 1962 as the gateway to the University, where students’welcome visitors from all over the world, answer questions about the campus and offer official tours of Harvard. It is amazing to learn about this hugely impressive university! It was an honor for us to go inside and see the range of possibilities and admire its gardens and buildings.

And if you want to learn about Boston’s extensive history, a boat tour of the Boston Common and Public Garden at the eastern end of Boston’s Emerald Necklace, which extends to Franklin Park and the Arnold Arboretum, I highly recommend it.

With a combination of the city skyline and coastal waters, Boston Harbor is the perfect backdrop for all your special moments. From Fan Pier to Piers Park, Rowes’ Wharf to Charlestown Navy Yard, and dozens of cozy spots, there are unique vantage points for visitors to capture breathtaking photographs of Boston’s historic harbor. On the other hand, and at the end of our tour I can confirm that exploring Boston’s outdoor art scene in the distinct parts of the city was a dream. Just knowing that it is a canvas for creativity and innovation, the parks, and the monuments like the Roxbury neighborhood have a rich history of Boston, Underground at Ink block, a transformed urban park that connects South Boston and the South End, features work by local artists like Pro Blak, HOXXOH, Silvia Lopez Chavez and more. Truly a city that reflects a strong cultural movement, with a legacy and history, an impressive educational infrastructure, and sites that will surprise you.

Boston: Una de las mejores Ciudades de Estados Unidos

Es sorprendente saber que existe una riqueza de detalles que hacen de Boston una de las mejores ciudades de Estados Unidos y del mundo.

Y mi recorrido les comienzo a platicar fue por casualidad, nunca me imaginé llegar a este destino y mucho menos el traslado por carretera.

Recorrimos muchas millas para poder llegar hasta esta hermosa ciudad, pero créanme que vale la pena haber estado en este hermoso sitio. Boston es mejor conocida por sus famosos frijoles horneados, Fenway Park, el maratón de Boston y, por supuesto, por el bar Cheers.

Pareciera que esta ciudad hace historia todavía forjando la identidad, en La chispa que alimentó la lucha por la independencia estadounidense y arde hoy con la misma intensidad e inspira la comida, y la cerveza. Boston se ha construido con una gran infraestructura, con edificios de clase mundial. Es por eso que cualquiera que la visite estará de acuerdo en que Boston nunca envejece. Para nosotros fue toda una experiencia, podría decir que nos enamoramos de Boston.

Realmente no hay nada como el otoño en la región del Gran Boston. Desde follaje otoñal hasta festivales, cenas acogedoras, eventos deportivos, actividades al aire libre y más, Aunque nuestro paseo no fue muy largo, pudimos disfrutar de un lindo fin de semana. Visitamos El río Charles, que fluye desde Hopkinton, Massachusetts, hasta el puerto de Boston, es perfecto para su próxima actividad al aire libre.
